La Vera Paprika is the product resulting from the grinding of red peppers of the Ocal, Jaranda, Jariza, Jeromín and Bola varieties.
Accredited by its numbered label, it is also distinguished by its aroma, flavor and color stability characteristics. The aroma and flavor is obtained thanks to the traditional smoke drying system. The color stability is a consequence of the high degree of carotene fixation that occurs in the pepper throughout its cultivation in the La Vera microclimate and in the drying process.
