The Paella Club
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with my purchase?
All you have to bring is your good mood and appetite! Everything required to cook each paella will be provided by us.
I do not speak Spanish, will I be able to understand the instructions?
Absolutely! We want to share our passion and culture with as many people as we can, which is why our classes are regularly taught in English.
Can I participate if I have food allergies or special dietary requirements?
Yes! It doesn’t matter if you are celiac, vegan or allergic to seafood, we are proud to cater our experiences to all dietary needs. All we require is to know your requirements in advance so we can make all proper arrangements.
In each class, depending on the number of guests, up to five types of paella are prepared (one per couple): the traditional seafood paella, black rice paella, pork ribs, chicken, and a vegetarian version of garlic, mushrooms, and black truffle.
What about nut allergies?
We proudly offer a nut-free menu to accommodate guests with nut allergies. However, please note that some ingredients, such as chocolate, may come from facilities that handle nuts, so we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
Are the paellas gluten-free?
Yes, our paellas are naturally gluten-free! We take care to use gluten-free ingredients in our recipes. However, it’s important to note that one of the courses of our menu does contain gluten. Not to worry, though — we can easily accommodate gluten-free needs as long as we are informed in advance when booking.
Are the experiences family-friendly?
We believe in the unifying power of food, bringing people of all ages and cultures together. Our classes are designed to be family-friendly and enjoyable for everyone. For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by adults. If only one adult is present, both minors will be assigned to that adult’s cooking station.
Regarding rates, children up to age 11 receive a 50% discount, while those 12 and older pay full price. For young children, we suggest our earlier sessions as they are more suitable. Our evening classes might be too lengthy for them, whereas our Amuse Bouche session are more family-oriented and often include younger participants.
What is our cancellation policy for regular bookings?

Are there any other terms and conditions I should be aware upon booking?
